Hi everyone!

Thank you so much for dropping by. It's been four and a half years in the making and I'm beyond thrilled to have a working blog that is officially up and running! From here, you'll be able to find any relevant posts regarding wedding posts, sessions, or just about anything. Now besides a photographer and business owner, I'm also a travelpreneur that's always aspiring for a valuable community near, far, and around the world (travel website is currently in the works at this time). Regardless of where you stand in life, I'm here as a guidance and to tell you that You Matter.

A little about me: I'm raised and located in Ellicott City, Maryland, a suburb 30 minutes outside of Baltimore and an hour from the District of Columbia. Currently in the process of relocating at this time, which will be posted and announced at a later date. It's won't be far...just yet ;) I previously went to the Savannah College of Art & Design for, fashion design (previously fashion marketing & management but changed it mostly for skillset and job prospects). After about 3 and a 1/2 years there with lots of ups-and-downs, stress, and undergoing severe major burnout, I took a break and spent a semester out in Maui, HI working on a lettuce farm in Paia from January to May 2014. Come fall semester, I transferred back home to a school, 25 minutes out from me, called Stevenson University and finished my degree there. With the same major of course and don't worry, majority of my credits transferred through.

I've been doing photography for as long as I could remember. But I didn't start to officially pursue it until Spring of 2017 in my last semester of college when I took a fashion photography course. Since then, I gradually started my photography venture in senior photography before officially ending up in the wedding & event industry. Within two months after finishing my degree, I quit a job that I spent majority of my last semester of college volunteering at (mostly due to a crap boss whom I'm going to respectfully name Anonymous) while also starting this business and working God knows how many jobs. My first job, about 6 months after graduation, was being a Preschool Photographer at LifeTouch. Contingent to LifeTouch, I was also a portrait photographer at J.C. Penney's Portrait Studios in the mall (also a property of LifeTouch).

After gaining necessary skillsets, I got my first event job as a sales assistant for an event decor company called Fabrication Events, located out in Jessup, Maryland, back in July 2019. Sadly, it was cut short (due to being one of the selected individuals to get let go) one month prior to the pandemic. Since then, I worked at a moving company called WayForth for almost two years, to this date, while also serving as an event & wedding contractor (coordinating, floral design, event setup, etc.) and managing my business at the same time. So you can say, I have a 360 view on the wedding industry. Plus I'm a great coordinator too when it comes to your wedding day. Just saying ;)

Besides working here and there, I'm a Scorpio, active gym goer, swimmer, and yogi. Mental health & stability are both something that I highly value wherever I go. I've traveled to 15 countries with an aspiration to go around the world. One of my life goals that I want to achieve before hitting 30 is backpacking Europe (which is currently in the process at this time). We will see how that goes. Otherwise, I'm just your average working class citizen Netflix bingeing, bar hopping, and brunching to the max.

There's a good chunk of about me. Thanks so much for reading. If you'd like to inquire a session or wedding with me, simply head over to the contact page and fill out the form with all necessary information. All inquiries will be responded within 24 to 48 hours. Thanks again :)
